Stroopwaffle Bar

Individually Created Stroopwaffles

PARTY TIME

Are you having people over and you don't want to fuss over a difficult dessert? You can take this recipe any way you want to and alter it, but let me run you through two options.

Stroopwaffles are great as they are, but here's how to take them up a notch for a special occasion.

RECIPE

Option 1:

ingredients

  • Dutch Waffle Company Stroopwaffles
  • Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Sprinkles
  • Coconut Oil
  1. Prepare a Baking sheet with wax or parchment paper to go into the fridge.
  2. Put some chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Add a bit of coconut oil.
  4. Put it in the microwave 30 seconds at a time and stir the chocolate in between. )If the chocolate stays too thick - add some coconut oil)
  5. With the help of a spoon, dip half the Stroopwaffle into the melted chocolate.
  6. Put the Chocolate Stroopwaffle onto the baking sheet and add some sprinkles!
  7. Put it in the fridge to harden the chocolate and bring to room temperature to enjoy.

Option 2:

  • Milk chocolate chips
  • White chocolate chips
  • Coconut Oil
  • Coconut flakes

  1. Warm the chocolate to be ready for the guests to arrive. (you could use small crockpots or a chocolate fountain)
  2. Put each topping in a little bowl and set out with a spoon.
  3. Allow each guest to add their personal choice of chocolate and toppings.
  4. Consume right away or chill in the fridge.

Now that's a party
